Shipping and Product Policy

  1. Brand New Products: All items are brand new and carefully inspected before shipment.

  2. Shipping Damage Responsibility:

    • We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping if the parcel is signed as delivered in normal condition.
    • We strongly recommend inspecting the item thoroughly before signing for the delivery.
  3. Inspection Upon Delivery:

    • If the item is damaged, DO NOT sign for the delivery. Instead, reject the parcel and return it to the delivery driver.
    • Notify us immediately, and we will coordinate with the shipping company to resolve the issue.
  4. Damage After Signing:

    • If you sign for the package as delivered in normal condition but later discover damage, we can provide free repair services. However, the cost of returning the item to us and re-shipping will be the buyer's responsibility.
  5. Imperfections:

    • We inspect all parts before shipping. If you notice any imperfections upon receiving your item, contact us promptly with clear photos of the issue. If confirmed, we will replace the item with a new one.
  6. Professional Installation Recommended: For the best results, have the parts installed by a professional body shop with experience in carbon fiber or fiberglass installation.
